The CGSE is pleased to share that study abroad/away applications for Spring 2027 are now open! Applications are due September 15, 2026 (Note: some programs have earlier deadlines and/or rolling admissions. Refer to program pages for exceptions). Interested students should review the information on the CGSE application portal for additional information. When students are ready to apply, they should go to the program brochure page of their chosen program on the application portal and select ���apply now���.

Now Enrolling: Young Toddler & Preschool Openings at DCCC! We currently have open spots in our Young Toddler and Preschool classrooms for the upcoming school year. Classes begin on August 17th. The 2025-2026 academic/fiscal year is coming to a close this month, but the work continues as we move closer to finalizing some details behind the scene in Workday while getting closer to kicking off the development and build of Workday Student this fall.

Workday Wednesdays open sessions continue each Wednesday through June 10 as a casual, drop-in opportunity to ask questions, review processes, or build confidence using the system. Sessions are held in the HUB lower-level conference room from 11 a.m. ��� 1 p.m. and are open to anyone needing quick assistance or task support.

Beyond Workday Wednesdays, our change management efforts continually look for ways to help the campus transition to using Workday in the most efficient and effective ways through open sessions, outreach and the development of training resources. Our job aids and videos evolve as processes within Workday get refined and enhanced.

New and updated Workday job aids developed in the month of May include the following:

��� MOBB report: For those who handle budgets and budget reports
The DC FIN Manager Operating Balance Report (MOBB) has been modified to exclude ledger accounts. A ledger account is a high level label for a specific grouping of revenue or spend categories. For example, if you do not want to view student wages in your MOBB report on retrieval, you could exclude ledger accounts 5031, 5032, and 5033.

��� Reassigning Pcard Transactions: For Expense Reports and Pcard coding
If you have transactions on a department pcard that need to be reassigned to another individual for coding and reconciliation - you may find the new re-assigning pcard transactions job aid helpful to guide you through the task!

��� Delegating in Workday: Going on vacation or taking some time away from your responsibilities this summer? The new Delegating in Workday job aid will help you to delegate some tasks to a peer or supervisor while you are away.
